I was trying to get my son's hair cut so I called to make an appointment, the receptionist told me there's no need to make an appointment and they take their last client at 8:45. The woman then asked how far I was from the location and I told her I was currently in the Tacoma Mall walking towards them. I get there 5 mins later and it was still before 8:45, the barbers told me sorry we aren't taking anymore people and I don't know what to tell you. I informed I just got off the phone with a woman there and the barbers just told me come back tomorrow at 10am. I'm definitely am NOT coming back! I'm only giving them 1 star because 0 isn't available. Horrible customer service and definitely not how you get/keep clients. Do not waste your time here!
