Istanbul Painting

Yalcin was always very prompt and did what he said he would do. He was accessible and always responded to my texts and phone calls the same day. When I interviewed him for the job he was obviously knowledgeable, experienced, personable, and had a very nice sense of humor. His accent did not prevent good communication. I was out of town when he painted my house. It was beautiful! He paid a great deal of attention to detail. He had one question about the color of the front door and took a photo of the old painted door with two examples from the paint store against it. We chose one and the front door’s color is better than it was the first time. He completed the job in 6 or 7 days. As he said he would do, he touched up a couple of boards that needed filling and sanding prior to painting them. He was the lowest bidder compared to two others and had the best warrenty - three years instead of one. His bid was very close to one of the three. He is very willing to return to redo or fix anything that I don’t like. I have not found any flaws.

Yalcin, the owner, is the one of best contractors that I have done business with. He has excellent communication skills and always promptly return my calls/emails. He completed the job with excellent workmanship, especially fixing the poor paint job from my previous renter. He worked very efficiently and completed the job ahead of the schedule. My wife and all my friends are very impressed with his work. Yalcin went extra miles and did above and beyond. During the project I was trying to do another repair so that it worked with the painting job. This repair was not part of the painting job contract. Yalcin went above and beyond to offer to help to complete the repair. Yalcin is a wonderful person as well. The condo building facility person mistakenly took one of his ladders. Yalcin acted in a very gracious manner and even gave a very kind message to the condo building onsite manager to remind whoever took the ladder to be careful using the ladder due to broken parts. Yalcin is a true professional and a wonderful person. I have absolutely wonderful experience doing business with Yalcin. I definitely highly recommend Yalcin and will use his services again in the future.
