Special thanks to Officer Phil Farr. For making a unpleasant outcome into a lesser unpleasant experience. Cudos to his handsome smiling demeanor. And obvious boyish charm. Thank you for a refreshing change of pace in regards to numerous unpleasant experiences with island county officers who expressed missuse of a common law authority to intimidate. I did Not at all experienced that with officer Farr. Nice looking, nice personable man and respective of the subject matter. As well, very informative on my best interests in regards to an unfortunate family matter. Thanks officer Farr JJ
