Inside Design Carpet One Floor & Home

I was so happy to find this place and the girls helping me with my kitchen design but then things changed. This was a rush project and suddenly my designer was gone for over a week sick. She called and informed me that nothing was on order and therefor could not make the install date and are now shooting for a week later, OK I'm disappointed but I understand. I came in for another design review that same day and she informed me that even the next week was now questionable. Now I'm not happy but I'm stuck. The next day a new person calls me and he didn't really understand my installation but after our chat he said he would send me an updated price and contract to sign in just a few minutes.. crickets. Days later, nothing from him or my sales designer... nobody even checking in. My experience was delay after delay with no solid commitments from them. The first time I met them I told them a long delay was not going to work... but week after week the dates slipped and slipped. I said goodbye to them today, I cannot and will not support such poor customer support. I suggest they send their entire team to Project Management classes. No one single person should be able to crash a project. Each project should be in a binder so when one person leaves or is sick, all the details are listed for another person to pick the ball up and support the customer.
