We have been looking for a nice place to go since we moved to the area a couple years ago and thought we found it. We live in Oroville in the hills, and the trip to the big town of Omak requires scheduling. :) I called yesterday, inquiring if they were taking new clients, and if they had any availability today for my son to get a haircut. The receptionist looked at the schedule and said yes, they could see him at 1130. She took my info, confirmed everything. We showed up today after an hour drive, on a tight schedule, and they had no record, and no one would take responsibility for taking the call and making the appointment. The service was polite, and she offered to squeeze us between some clients, but this was so unprofessional, and seems unorganized. I don't think we will try to go back. We were able to get in right away across the street..
