Failure to install a condensation line with our new furnace lead to water dripping through the whole unit and flooded our guest bedroom. Indoor Comfort Systems couldn't get someone out under warranty for 5 days and suggested we call a difference company and pay out of pocket if it was urgent. In the meantime, we spent close to $1000 having the Serv Pro folks dry out our subfloors and sheetrock. In addition, we had to replace the carpet and padding in that room and our hallway. When the system was fixed it looked entirely different with a significant amount of piping in front. The installation had clearly not been installed properly. My husband and I tried to contact the owner multiple times over the last few months to discuss the mistake. We have never received a call back. The price of our new unit was reasonable but we're left with a huge bill in repairs for improper installation and the worry that the unit will fail early due to water damage. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ELSEWHERE!!!
