Yeah the car has low miles, but also has cracked windshield, tired clutch, quite a bit of rust, sitting on worn out snow tires, with the oil 2 inches over the max fill line. I would have to immediately drop another $5-600 in it just to make it legal to operate on public roads. Crazy.
