Ida & Norma's Draperies

Excellent service! After 3-years I had minor trouble with draw strings on two of our blinds, Ida & Norma's took them back, re-strung them with all new material at no charge! Wow, how do they stay in business?...we never have to worry about our window coverings again! Plus, when we bought them, Ida & Norma's were the best price and quality in Spokane (even beat Costco).... Thanks!...David & Lee Ann.
