Prior to this trip I'd never been to a country where I did not speak the language and had some concerns about getting from the airport to the resort in Akumal, what to expect, Zika, getting back to the airport, what to look out for etc. There was no way I could have planned my trip without his assistance and by assistance I mean him taking care of every detail which he did flawlessly.
Jamie's attention to detail was superb. He let us know what to expect as you got out of the terminal and that we would likely be swarmed by people asking us if they could carry our belongings or if we needed a ride or if we wanted a tour. His told us to pay no attention to the mob and walk outside and our transfer to the resort would be expecting us and it was! As soon as I hopped on the transfer I no longer had a care in the world.
While there Jamie was accessible and more than willing to answer questions, helping us in a timely manner. The reassurance that I had someone to contact if things went haywire was invaluable. I would definitely book through him again if traveling by myself or with a large group due to his excellent service.
