5+ stars! I ordered 3 walnut slabs and had one cut to a certain size, I got the pieces in, made a mistake and thought they cut them wrong and let them know. They responded quickly and were going out of their way to make things right until the mistake was caught and I realized I was mixing two slabs up and the sizes on them, all my mistake and not theirs. But their effort to resolve the issue was above and beyond. I will certainly be going back to them first the next time I need some high quality, unique slabs.
