Terrible customer service. Floor staff seems to avoid offering assistance to homeowner customers. No staffing in lumber. When I went to the customer service desk for help in lumber they told me to contact a "checkout platform" and have them page "Leo" or something. What they should have done is page the lumber guy, have him meet me at the customer service desk and listen to my request to get some lumber cut. Easy. Instead, I have to wander around the store looking for "Leo." Forget it. Going to Lowe's.
