Holiday Inn Express & Suites Tacoma South - Lakewood

I’m not expecting much, but the staff are the most ill mannered people I have encountered. They lack the basics. Ie acknowledgement that I’m standing in front of them, simple please and thank you. It was absurd. My room wasn’t cleaned, so I passed by and let them know. I received the biggest, “I don’t give a ———“. A simple, I’m sorry can I get you fresh towels etc... would have helped. I had to ask for fresh towels. She then claimed that they didn’t know I was in the room, despite my 5:00 wake up call to ask me if I was in the room. This place is ridiculous.

First time staying here at this Holiday Inn and loved it! From the moment you enter til the time you get to your room, everything is extremely clean. It is easy to miss due to it being right off the freeway and there isn't a clear sign of where to turn into the hotel. Overall, I loved it.
