Hoffman Music

6 years ago we rented our sons saxaphone through Hoffman. The instrument had continual problems and was in the shop waiting for a part at the end of the school year when it was time to hand it in. We wound up being late with the turn in because of this. The music store in our town explained this to the company. They still sent us to collections over $60 and I just received another notice even though it has been repeatedly explained. We did not rent our daughters instrument through them because of this and we will not rent our next in line's from them either. TERRIBLE COMPANY!
