Hobby Lobby

I purchased an electronic cutter and I'm having all kinds of issues with it. I'll contact the company directly on Monday to see if this is something I can fix myself. However, I'm also leaving a review for Hobby Lobby. When I called the manager, she was super accommodating and willing to help in whatever way she can. They definitely reflect the values they claim to have.
