I was in a bind, having found out at the last minute that my husband hadn't filed our taxes with only 3 days left til the Oct extension deadline. David was willing to take on our slightly complicated tax return (including an international transfer, a home purchase, and a severance package from long term employment). David and his team were extremely responsive, knowledgeable, kind, and accommodating. I really appreciate the approach as it was quite stressful to learn about this at the last minute!
