My first visit was a thorough evaluation to ask me about any issues I may be having and then a detailed examination of my spine, range of movement, xrays etc. We then went over all the issues found and the options I had. On the next visit I had a personalized plan made out for me based on my requirements. I feel very happy and at ease as I have a plan of action to rectify my issues.
