It was the best experience I have ever had with an auto mechanic.
My wifes Volvo had a tricky, hard to find issue with the fuel pump and they went above and beyond their duty and took PERSONAL time to diagnose the problem.
They took their own off duty personal time to properly weed out the problem and not just assume its a faulty pump (the most expensive option).
In the end they found the real issue (faulty electrical relay switch) which was about $700 less than what most mechanics would have done (replace the fuel pump).
These guys have earned my business hands down.
