First of all, I didn't end up as a customer at all. I'm traveling through town from Colorado on vacation. I ruined a tire and have been unable to find a replacement in town since it's an unusual tire. I came to the service department to see if they had the tire I needed. Terry tried to find a tire and didn't have it stock. He then proceeded to help me find the tire I needed. Since we are road tripping it, he helped me find another place on our trip to get the tire. He searched and called several places to find one.
Way above and beyond service for a non customer. I wish I could do more than leave just a good review. Such awesome customer service. If I lived in Aberdeen I would make this my dealer for life just because of this help that Terry didn't even need to do. Kudos Terry.
