I selected Dr Guo as my Primary Care Physician after I moved to Vancouver WA in In September, 2016. Before that I was a patient of Virginia Mason in Seattle (since 2008). Sadly my experience with Dr Guo was very disappointing. Two weeks ago, Dr Guo's office denied a Fax request from Fred Meyers, to renew the Maintenance Prescriptions I brought to Dr Guo, when I saw her in September 2016. Even after two phone calls to Dr Guo's office, some of the Maintenance Prescriptions were only renewed for 30 days (instead of the customary 90-Day auto renewals, I have been on since 2008).
Sadly, I have not heard from Dr Guo when the issue with my prescriptions renewal arose two weeks ago. Neither have I heard from Dr Guo earlier when she ordered an X-Ray of my knee in October. I am accustomed to having a Primary Care Physician who calls me directly when such an issue with my medications arises, or when my PCP receives test results, like X-Rays Dr Guo ordered in October 19,2016. The lack of follow up and the lack of direct communication with Dr Guo have forced me to seek another PCP with PeaceHealth in Vancouver, WA.
