Customer service was of the lowest quality. Was unwilling to explain anything and was very argumentative. Rented with them since they were "home of the free move in truck" LIES...have to have FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE on MY personal vehicle AND IT DOES NOT EVEN PROTECT THEM. so tired of not getting whats advertised
