The check in feature on their website is pointless. It could tell you there's a 24 minute wait and it could be an hour. On August 3rd of 2017 I called to see if my stylist was in that day. I was told that she would be there at 1 p.m. I checked in as normal and the website said there was Zero waiting time. I arrived a few moments later and waited approximately 40 minutes without seeing my stylist. When I asked if she was there I was told she was at a different location. I have an appointment to make so I called that stylist and asked if she would be at the location that she managed later in the day and assured that she would. Again I checked in and was notified that there was a 24 minute wait. Upon my arrival I make contact, and was told that my stylist would be with me as soon as she finished with her customer. Two other customers arrived after my arrival, and were attended to ahead of me. After about a additional 20 minute wait I decided that after nearly four hours of waiting to get my haircut that I could probably find a more professionally managed establishment to do business with.
