I usually don't go to Great Clips because I've never had a hair cut from thier chain that I loved. Went to this place for a trim, but I've learned my lesson for the last time. Sat in the chair for maybe 4 minutes, paid $17. Got home, hair was totally uneven, one side longer then the other, and some long strands that were not cut. Had to cut hairs they missed and even it up myself. Wasn't going to go back to have them make it worse trying to fix it. I did a better job myself but I was still out $17.
