This class is by far the best class I have personally taken as an actor. It teaches you to learn more about yourself as an individual and open up vulnerably in order to express yourself, which is helpful not only in acting but in life. I’ve learned more about myself in the past year than I did in the past 20 years before it. Even if you’re not sure about acting there’s something about what Gregg teaches that resonates with you as the individual. It undoes the falsehoods we believe in ourselves to help us remember who we are at our core. I couldn’t be more thankful for that.
