Contacted Stan about some issues with my rental property after getting another quote that seemed excessively high. I live in CA so can't even stop by to look at the issues. Stan was prompt to respond and coordinate with the tenants to evaluate the problems. He then provided me a very reasonable estimate. Within a week, all the work was done and I had pictures and copies of all receipts. Best of all the final bill was less than the original estimate. Cannot recommend Stan highly enough and I will be using him for all future work on my rental property.
