Renter BEWARE! This home for rent for day or more is in disrepair half outside lites are out window locks broken. Down stairs door still not fixed properly after what appears to have been a break in. There is no cable T.V. allthough there is a T.V. with dvd player,living room blinds broken, 2 xx large BBQ's dirty as hell bent an broken racks in them, no shellfish digging, curtains are all but non existant in home gas fireplace doesn't work in master bedroom you would half to move a bunch of crap in the garage to get a compact car in the garage. Owner/property manager doesn't offer any help when notified unfriendly dogs running loose next door an no residential phone an no Verizon does not cover this place if you've seen the movie Deliverance you'd understand the feeling of this home. It's on Rocky Bay 186th ave KpN Gigharbor Wa. Could be great place to stay if it were finshed with downstairs construction an with a ton of minor repairs throughout entire property. Way over priced for what you get. They make Econo lodge look appealing.
