Literally didn't even get 4 words out about my problem and they cut me off to tell me they didnt do that kind of work. Seriously if you want customers at least let them finish they're sentence before you tell them you dont do those repairs. If nothing else act like you care to know what your perspective Customer is having a problem with! I have been in the customer service industry and you always give each customer the feeling that you are all theirs and their time is valuable to you! Thank you for making me feel like I was worse the scum on your shoe. I will never call let alone show up again!
