It pains me to waste my time leaving this review, however, its warranted! We ordered a new dining set some time ago, one of the chairs was either damaged during shipping or assembly, (we paid extra to have them assembled) not sure which. We were told that the new part needed to replace the chair would take a week maybe two. So its a month later and just found out its not here still, so another week will go by. I've called several times, started out with an understanding attitude, after being told the exact same thing, the part wasn't on the truck which comes on Thursday so we will check on next shipment, the part wasn't on the truck , we talked to the owner of the store, so on and on. Then finding out the store is in Marysville, so why can't they send someone to pick up the part, that's a short distance and can be taken care of in an afternoon. Terrible excuses, unreliable customer service. WE will continue to engage in the saga of "the missing chair piece" and perhaps someday our chair will arrive at the table with the others. We will no longer shop locally at this furniture store.
