Forza Coffee Company

I have tried several times to like this coffee shop but over and over I have been disappointed. Tonight at 7:30 pm (the shop is supposed to close at 9 pm) all of the employees began to deep clean include sweeping and mopping around customers and loudly doing dishes. My main complaint is the woman who is usually behind the bar during the closing shifts - she is incredibly rude and bosses the other employees around. Tonight she banged the glass window to yell at the male employee (who sincerely seemed like he was trying to do his job well) to tell him he was using the wrong broom.. A few weeks ago my friend needed to use the restroom at 8:55 pm before we drove home (after said employee reminded us 3 times that they were closing) and she told her she couldn't because she was about to clean it. The drip coffee is horrible and other drink options are not explained well. In addition to this the music played is pop music from 5 years ago (Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Justin Bieber). The employees act like it is a burden to serve the customers and are often on their phones or loudly talking to each other. Pros - the tables and conference room, the variety of drinks, and the hours (they are one of the only coffee shops open until 9). However if nothing changes, I will not be returning because the employees distract from my studying and I feel like I have overstayed my welcome at 7:30 when they begin to deep clean and ignore customers.
