Flooring Outlet

I went to every flooring company in the valley and didn't like any of them. But when I walked into Flooring Outlet I knew within minutes that these were some helpful, competent professionals! The saleswoman happily went to a lot of trouble to get me what I was looking for. The installer did a fabulous job with my marmoleum in two bathrooms, the kitchen and laundry room. He was not only excellent at his craft, but also an very nice, respectful young man. He started and finished on time. I couldn't be happier with the service I received at Flooring Outlet and I'm recommending them to all my friends!

Free estimates? Not if they don't like your job. They came to my house and measured. I patiently waited a week before asking them how my estimate was coming. It has has been multiple weeks now. And they never spoke to me again. This was extremely disappointing to me. I have been so excited for new flooring. If it was that hard of job then just charge for it , or at least say so. But just to stop talking to someone, that you say your going follow up with is just unprofessional. However, if they are this flaky like this I guess I'm glad I found out now instead halfway into my job. My recommendation? Take your money somewhere elsewhere, where they appreciate it.
