First Appliance

I have a Dacor stove and my oven stopped working. I thought I was doomed and I would have to replace my dual Dacor stove. I was fortunately saved by Jim a service technician that knew what my problem was. He ordered the part and within 2 weeks he showed up with it. I feel like I have a brand new stove. I can't thank you enough for your very fast and efficient service Jim. Kudos to you for knowing all about Dacor.
