Firestone Complete Auto Care

My wife's vehicle had a nail in it and I bought a new set recently from Firestone so I took it to them. Good thing I got the protection plan b/c the nail not only punctured the tire but tore it beyond repair. The tire paid for itself with the plan but the technicians also noticed that there was a minor leak in the front differential so I opted for the inspection. Glad I did. Due to the factors of rain and snow I have not been able to Inspect anything underneath her vehicle besides under the engine and I knew that with 200,000 miles already, she needed her preventative maintenance items soon. After we came in Dave, the service advisor, told us what was upcoming and what we could wait on. Thanks again to Dave and his staff here that helped out and explained everything in detail.
