If 0 stars were an option, that's what I would choose. Aggressive, pushy sales spiel, despite the fact that we told them we weren't yet ready to buy and were on a fact-finding mission about RVs, more than anything. They told us they weren't practicing "high-pressure sales tactics, but then the sales lady went on to "introduce" us to the sales manager so that he could push even harder, and then he decided to offer us his opinions on managing our finances so that we would buy their RV right then instead of waiting a month like we wanted to. Absolute worst RV shopping experience we ever had. We purchased an RV elsewhere due to the high-pressure sales they tried on us here.
