Great service and on time. Kevin alerted us to scads of information for future use, was thorough and professional. Best part is he didn't treat us as total idiots but understood this was not our area of expertise. He replaced our Water Heater and the total cost was actually less than originally quoted (which we would have paid anyway). You could not ask for a better person to do the work.
