A lady backed into my car during lunch hour one Friday afternoon. Frustrated and angry I didn't have a contact for collision services, I looked for an option close to me. Factory Finish helped execute my bumper fix AND the fix for the lady who hit me. The staff was friendly, professional and timely. Without their clear explanations on timeline, I would not have been comfortable leaving my car. Beyond the courtesy of the staff, the work was beyond my expectation.
