If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. Our trailer was recently stolen from this location. Although they had video surveillance, they say the history only goes back one week on their cameras and they can't do anything to help us. That means if you have anything in storage here, you better be checking it once a week to make sure nobody took off with it. Leaving anything valuable at Express Storage is no different than leaving it on the side of the road. This place is a joke, I just wish I knew how much of a joke before I left our trailer here. I would not recommend trusting them with anything you own. The children working in the office could care less what happens to your stuff.
