Honestly, I can't say enough GOOD things about this company and their friendly staff. I have come to rely on their quality service and fast results! Each and every agent has vast knowledge to tap into and somehow in the midst of the stress that sometimes accompanies travel they treat their customer like a PERSON. There have been many times I have called Tonya or Angie in a slight panic with changes to an itinerary and they have taken the strain right out of it. I'm the type of person who watches the dollar, and I know when I call ETC, they have my interests in mind. There have been times I have set up a trip and Rosalinda makes changes on the back-end and saves us literally hundreds of dollars. They have my back.
