Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was at firestone for a good portion of the day yesterday (didn't make an appointment and they were booked). Tyler the service manager was great. He was up front and honest with how long it would take throughout the day. While I was there the phone was ringing non stop and he kept his cool while helping walk ins simultaneously. He told me that he'd have me out by 5 and my car was ready 25 mins early because he knew I needed to go pick up my son. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable too. The best part is that my oil pressure light is no longer coming on and chiming every 10 seconds. Overall a great experience at this location and I will return in the future.
