Everett Mall

The three stars account for cleanliness, the movie theater and the number of small and local businesses that occupy the mall. Being between the Alderwood Mall and the outlets, I imagine they have a hard time attracting and retaining bigger name brand stores. However, the Old Navy is much larger and being able to shop without dealing with insane crowds and pushy kiosk people is a plus.
