When I arrived at the rental car company, they asked me would I like to upgrade from a compact car to a sports car for the same price.
I responded, absolutely.
New Ford mustang.
Superior customer service.
When I rent a car again, I'll request the same car or a convertible for the second price, or a little less depending on my reward points.
