Poor customer service. Left message on a Friday no one called back so the following Tuesday tried to call again. No one answers phones, automated system goes into a voicemail. Someone finally bothered themselves and called me the next day. I missed call so had to leave message again. No one called back for another 24 hours. Was then told (on my voicemail)they couldn't make an appointment because they didn't have my referral. I called again left another voicemail saying I had my own copy. So again phone tag occurred and I was told I could fax them my copy. Finally today after a week of redundancy I get a call they have received my referral and aren't taking new patients with my needs. What a joke! Ridiculously poor customer service. Would have requested a new provider if they could have seen me. They apparently can't be bothered.
