Totally disgusted with Doug's Rooter... Called them at 9am and scheduled and appointment on a Friday afternoon. Nothing in my house would draining and i had people coming over that evening. They got to my house about 12:30 and i left work to meet them there. He gets there and cant access the drain from the cellar because his machine wouldn't fit down the stairs, and wouldn't access the pipe from the vent on the roof because he didn't want to go on the roof, and when i said then pull the toilet he said his boss decided he didn't want the job.. called Roto rooter and was lucky to get a same day appointment, since it was after 1 pm .. They came out and got me taken care of in less then an hour...Dont depend on Doug's Rooter to get the job done... They show up hours later and then change their minds about taking the job... "pathetic service"
