The manager James has deplorable customer service skills. When orders are not prepared correctly and you call to give feedback and to have the situation resolved, he doesn't care. Instead, he is condescending, insulting and it's no wonder he has a high turnover at that location with employees. Dominoes should send this guy to customer service training.
