I cant give these guys enough praise. I was in need of an alternator replacement and was quoted a price for the repair. It turned out that the time estimate for the repair was incorrect and a significant amount of additional time was needed. It wasn't the fault of the technician but more so the complexity of removing the interference associated in replacing the alternator.
I was contacted by the technician that this extra time was needed and assumed the worst when it came to additional labor charges. Then something happened that I haven't experienced in a long time, these guys didn't charge me for the additional labor. They kept their word and stuck to the original quoted price. They said it was their mistake and that I shouldn't have to pay additional for that mistake.
Needless to say, they have a return customer because of that mentality. The repair was made, despite having to remove my front axle to get to the alternator and I am very impressed with Friend Auto Repair. Well done!
