Good car buying experience, but VERY poor quality Jeep service. We have several cars serviced here for the last couple years, and it's always a 50/50 chance they do something stupid. We keep working with them, trying to be understanding, hoping they will improve, but they just can't seem to solve their quality problem. Some examples of their negligence over the coarse of many different service appointments are: forgetting to tighten the oil filter causing a oil leak, spilling transmission fluid over the top of the motor, failing to install a transmission gasket so the fluid leaked, leaving their tools in the engine compartment, "test driving" ~40 miles for no good reason without asking while I'm sitting in their waiting area, forgetting to work on our car while we wait and only discovering their oversight when we inquired an hour later. There are more examples, but these are the ones stuck in my immediate memory.
