Desert Oasis RV

I stayed here 2 years. The space size was good the staff was amazing and the neighbors were nice!!!....lowest price in town

This is place is fine for a quick overnight. The price is right anyway, if you are just looking for a quiet place. No bells and whistles. No view. No pool. Just a place to plug in. Walk to the store. Not much else to it. I wouldn't stay here for any length of time tho there seems to be a few people that do (permanent residents?). The host was very helpful- chased us down as soon as she saw as drive in as the office was closed... even went back to get her receipt book once she heard we were going to stay. There is a shower and laundry facilities that one can use next to the main office . Literally, it's one shower and they ask that you mop the floor after since there is no drain in the floor (ie, leads to a very wet floor). Keeps it clean anyway, I suppose. Back at the site, the sewer hookup is in the ground right next to the fresh water hookup (a bit disturbing as the fresh water spigot is facing north as is the sewer collection spigot, so you better hope no one before you accidentally spilled sewage into the water spigot...we skipped connecting the water for that reason). The park itself is next to a storage unit on one side and a vacant lot on the other. Easy highway access.
