Bad experiance. Do not buy a mattress from them. Holli is very rude took my wife 4 hours to buy a mattress when we already knew which one we wanted. Had to deal with diffrent sales people just to buy a bedding set which of course carry's it's own delivery charge even though they leave the same place. This makes no sense at all. It's furniture row but really they are 4 diffrerent stores. Oh and by the way if you wanted that free tv or what ever the current promo is you have to spend all that money at the mattress store. Had the mattress delivered and the delivery guys broke my light which I'm still dealing with. You would think if someone breaks your property that they would fix it. I recently noticed that they decided to drop the price of my mattress by $150 when I called Holli she said there was nothing they could do because I purchased it 6 weeks ago. It took writing a complaint letter to have the district manager take care of things. This is the only positive is that at least the district manager understands that you need to take care of customers rather than make them jump through hoops just to get something accomplished.
