This is the worst butcher I have ever gone with. I split a beef with a friend and more than half of it was labeled wrong. When I pulled out a package marked "two rib eyes" and opened the package, it was stew meat. When I thawed out a package marked "roast" I found a baseball sized hunk of dense meat with the other 3 quarters of the cut was attached a big hunk of yellow fat. Disgusting and displeased to say the least. They keep the best cuts for themselves. I would not recommend their service to anyone.
