DBC Income Tax Services

Been going here and I'd day I'd give them a 5 but when I called today to request a copy of past documents the lady handled the phone call completely unprofessional and rude. She gets a 1-2 stars. She answered the phone telling me right away that she'll call me back in 30 minutes because she's about to drive. I told her I will be going to work and my schedule is m-fri. She explains she's only in the office by appointment but because I cannot go in m-fri she says "I would leave them outside" which I explained I do not want my confidential information just put anywhere for someone to grab. Unable to set an appointment because she was so in a hurry to get off the phone from the beginning she just HANGS UP.

I have been going here to get my taxes done for the last few years, ever since my sister recommended her to me. It is a small place but the are friendly, professional and efficient! I remember my first appointment with Daisy, mind you the office was full and it was a bit intimidating but she had everything together and ready to go once I was called to her office. I couldn't believe that I was in and out within 10 minutes!!! I will continue going back for sure and recommend her to anyone, just make an appointment.
