Thieves! Ben promised to send parts replacement after I told him of the HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. (3 1/2 months waiting for brush replacement, brush fell apart during 1st use.) 5 1/2 months later, still no return call after multiple messages to his cell phone #. I don't write reviews, but these people should be shut down.
