Our waitress was perfectly pleasant, and the atmosphere was nice if a bit loud. The food is where this cafe falls down hard. As a disclaimer, my wife and I only tried the vegan menu items (burger and a Reuben), but on the whole the food was over sized, over salted, and just not that great. I enjoy a good greasy spoon and I've seen traditional American dishes done in a vegan way with great success, just not here.
